This recently constructed villa is located just 300m from the beach and resort centre and is accessed by a short section of country road from where it enjoys good views of mountains and the resort. There are a number of restaurants, shops and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The villa offers good privacy having extensive gardens to the side and rear, where the swimming pool is also located.
The accommodation is all on one level; the impressive entrance hallway giving access to a spacious lounge with feature open fire. Entertainment is provided by a Flat panel Satellite TV, DVD Player and a Stereo system. There is a large separate well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, benefiting from a range of stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, extractor fan, built in oven and microwave. A separate open plan dining area occupies part of this large room. The hallway also gives access to a twin bedroom, a shower room having a magnificent power shower unit and a short corridor which leads to a double bedroom and a second twin bedroom, both sharing an interconnected family bathroom. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout making idea for our most discerning clientele.
Double patio doors from the lounge give access to the rear sun terrace, swimming pool area and gardens. The large 10m x 6m semi-circular swimming pool has steps for easy access and a poolside shower. It is set in a neat lawn which extends to the side of the house and around the paved sun bathing terrace. Sun beds, patio furniture and parasols and a portable BBQ are provided as well as a traditional built-in outdoor fire place which can be used for cooking. The villa has well maintained, mature gardens with numerous shrubs and plants. The location with stunning mountain views offers excellent privacy in a tranquil and secluded setting.

Local activities in and around Cala de Sant Vicenc, Mallorca
Cala San Vincente is one of the smaller, lesser known resorts on the island. Traditionally this part of Majorca has strong links with both farming and fishing, and even today Cala San Vincente is still essentially a fishing village that has made limited concessions to the island's tourist trade. One of these concessions being, that you share the beach with the local fishermen who still use part of it for repairing their nets and storing goods. Much of the village is residential, and you will always have the feeling of being an invited, but welcome guest, to another way of life.
The scenery along most of the north west coast of Majorca is rugged and dramatic, and Cala San Vincente is no different. The resort has three beaches, Cala Barques is the largest and prettiest of the three, offering visitors the choice of a few small restaurants, bars and shops, and there's usually ample sun beds, beach umbrellas and pedaloes for hire. From Cala Barques there is a path around the rocky knoll to the tiny beach of Cala Clara. This beach being less than 100m from Cala Barques. Finally, the third beach called Cala Molins, further round the headland, is the most popular beach for bathers due to its fine sands. The sea around Cala San Vincente is beautifully clear and from all of the beaches the views over towards the cliffs of the Formentor peninsula are spectacular.
Cala San Vicente offers several fantastic walks progressing through the stunning countryside or visiting the nearby Bronze Age caves. There is a weekly Inca market a short distance from the resort. Just a few kilometres from Cala San Vicente the old town of Pollensa offers artistic cafes, narrow streets and picturesque buildings.
