The beautiful Maison Gramat is centrally situated within a very large garden of one hectare, on the outskirts of the medieval town of Gramat and only few kilometres from the city of Rocamadour (voted the 2nd most beautiful place in France)!
It is a wonderful area for nature lovers as the villa sits in the Périgord Regional Park with the steep paths of massif Quercynois. The house also offers a large private and secured swimming pool with surrounding terrace that is partly covered.
The property consists of 5 bedrooms to sleep a maximum of 9 people. There is one double bedroom downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 further doubles and 2 twins. There is also a cot.
The kitchen has a 4 ring stove, hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, dish washer, grill and microwave. The living room has a large fireplace romantic evenings. The property also has CD player, video player, satellite TV, radio, stereo system and DVD player. There is also a games area with pool table.
Outside there is the private pool, plenty of garden furniture, a BBQ, sun loungers and swings for the kids.
