Nerja has become one of the most popular resorts east of Malaga in Southern Spain, whilst retaining much of its old charm and character of a former fishing village. Nestled at the foothills of the Sierra Almijara mountain range, Nerja must surely be one of the most beautiful spots along the Costa del Sol.
El Capistrano Village is an exclusive development consisting of established villas and apartments found in the most beautiful part of the Costa del Sol with an excellent climate. They are built in typical Andalusian style and are set on a hillside amongst lush, colourful gardens. The centre of Nerja is 1km away and is served by a public bus. The superb Burriana Beach and Mediterranean is also only 1km from Capistrano downhill.
Our villa is equipped with Cable TV(25 channels) in both the lounge and twin bedroom, barbecue, iron, ironing board, cooking facilities, etc. and the rental price includes weekly linen change and bathroom towels. Please bring towels for the beach and swimming pools.
Casa Limoneros consists of 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single), lounge/diner, fitted kitchen, bathroom, superb large terrace ideal for alfresco eating with views towards the Med and mountains. Ideal for family of 5 plus cot if necessary.
Casa Limoneros can also be incorporated with Casa Jardin to form a large 4/5 bedroomed villa - ideal for extended families. Casa Jardin has a double bedroom, lounge with sofabed, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge opens onto superb walled garden with large central lemon tree.
Combining Casa Limoneros & Jardin offers perfect accommodation for a family of 7/8/9 people plus cot.
There are three large attractive pools on the complex plus two infant pools. There is a tennis club almost next door to El Capistrano Village where courts can be booked in advance and where you can also eat/drink.
At El Capistrano Village, everything has been taken care of for you to enjoy the most complete and successful holiday. The communal and private gardens are tended by professional gardeners throughout the year. The swimming pools are beautifully maintained with lifeguards on duty (peak season) and the pools are for the exclusive use of guests staying at Capistrano. There is a restaurant, pool bars and lively caves bar (Cueva Bar) for entertainment.
The wonderful decoration of flowers on El Capistrano Village is typical of the charm and range of colours found all around the complex. Flower shrewn pathways with Andalusian lamps separate the properties.

Casa Limoneros is 'bungalow' style with accommodation and terrace all on one level. There are, however, five steps up to the main entrance gate.
Local activities in and around Nerja, Costa del Sol - Malaga
The Sierra Almijara mountain range shelters Nerja from adverse winter weather and at the same time provides a breathtaking backdrop to the whitewashed red roofed villas. Nerja is only 45 minutes away from Malaga airport and only 90 minutes from one of Spain's most popular skiing resorts; the Sierra Nevada.
Nerja offers a variety of beaches along the coastline - the closest being Burriana Beach - one of the finest beaches on this stretch of coastline. Every Tuesday morning a market is held in the centre of Nerja which is full of colour and colourful characters. Here you can buy jewellery, leather, pottery and local crafts.
The Costa del Sol has, what is considered to be, the best all year round climate in Europe with typical temperatures ranging from 18c in the coolest months (Dec-Feb), 25c approximately in may/June/Sept/Oct and up to 31c in July and August.
You will discover a wide choice of restaurants in Nerja or along the beaches specialising in serving delicious, freshly caught seafood including the local speciality of Paella cooked whilst you watch and enjoy the friendly service (Ayo restaurant recommended, Burriana Beach).
The famous Balcon de Europa stretches out into the shimmering Mediterranean, a splendid area paved with marble and lined with palm trees and is the centre of activity for local festivals. Other nearby places of interest include the Cuevas de Nerja, natural archaeological caves containing the worlds widest column shaped by the merge of a stalactite and a stalagmite. The Puente Del Aguila, a 19th Century aqueduct built to transfer water to Maro's sugar factory. There is also a small 17th Century Church.
45 minutes by car or taxi from Malaga Airport along the new N340 motorway in an Easterly direction to El Capistrano Village.
