La Boussole is set in a beautiful thatched hamlet. A fully equipped 30m2 studio, it is a home-away-from home. It has a kitchenette, which has views on the pool and 8000 m2 garden. There's also a double sofa-bed in the lounge area, where you can watch TV or DVDs. The four poster bed is in a small alcove, which gives it a little more privacy.
The shower room, is also equipped with a hand-basin, WC and washing machine.
You also have a private terrace, where you can lounge or have a BBQ, whilst at the same time, take in the garden view.
It's a studio and great for 2, but can sleep up to 4.

La Boussole is perfect for 2. A comfortable studio gîte of 30m2, it has everything you may need whilst on your holiday.
The kitchen is brand new and faces the large garden and pool. It has a 4-ring hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of storage space.
In the lounge/dining area, there's a TV/DVD, a double sofa-bed, a table and chairs.
The 4-poster bed is set in a small alcove, which gives La Boussole an intimate feel, despite it being an open-plan studio.
In the shower-room, there's a WC, hand-basin, shower cabin and a washing machine.
You also have your own private terrace, with a BBQ and outdoor chairs and table.
The garden is very spacious, with enough room to play football or just let the children run around!
ALL our gîtes have linen, and all beds are made up for your arrival. If you are staying for 2 weeks, we will provide you with a fresh pair of sheets.
We also offer you a large welcoming hamper. In it you have a bottle of red wine, a bottle of cider, a bottle of water, a carton of milk, some biscuits, some tea and coffee, and a few other Breton goodies!
If you want a relaxing and soothing holiday, Kerfec is an ideal location. Not only are we not far from major cities, such as Lorient, Hennebont, Pontivy and Auray, which are lovely to visit, we are also in the heart of the Blavet valley, which has many hiking and cycling paths.
If canoeing or fishing are your hobbies, then the Blavet is great! We have a plot of land on the Blavet, so you'll have your own private spot!

House Linen, Towels Provided. ALL our gîtes come with linen. If you are staying for 2 weeks, we will provide you with a set of new sheets and towels, if you require them.
ALL the beds are made as well.

Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, DVD, CD System. You can also use the DVD player as a CD player.
Outside:
Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Garden Furniture. You have a lovely terrace, which has views on the pool and the spacious garden.

Local activities in and around Quistinic, Brittany
Quistinic has incredible woodlands, in which you can enjoy the superb views of the Blavet river, the quiet walks in sheltered paths. If you prefer fishing, make your way down to the Blavet River, set your rod on our private plot, and watch the world go by, and, of course, catch your evening meal! There's a golf, which is to develop into an 18-hole course, not too far, and it's set in a quiet part of the Blavet River. And we shouldn't forget to mention all the lovely villages, towns and cities, which are part of the Breton heritage, and are just a few kilometers away by car...
From RENNES: Follow the N24, in the direction of LORIENT. Exit at LA GARE DE BAUD. Follow directions to BUBRY/QUISTINIC. Once in QUISTINC, follow the signs to POUL FETAN. We are 200m before: KERFEC.

Rental Notes: ** PAYMENT CONDITIONS: We ask that you pay 25% for the deposit. This is to secure your booking with us. We also ask for the FULL payment to be sent TWO months prior to your arrival.
A separate cheque of €200 or £150 is to be also sent, along with your final payment. This cheque is not cashed in, however it is a security deposit, and in case of any damages or breakages, an appropriate fee for the repairs or replacement, shall be deducted, and a cheque shall be sent back to you, at your designated address, one week after your departure.
