Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has a modern en suite consisting of a walk in shower wash hand basin and wc.
The main bathroom is spacious and modern with a shower within the bath, wash hand basin and wc.
Kitchen: A light and airy space is equipped with everything you need, gas oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. There is also a table and 6 chairs.
Utility Room: There is a walk in cupboard containing a Hoover, broom, mop/ bucket, iron/ironing board and clothes airer.
Living Rooms: The sitting room is huge , it is made up of a leather sofa and 2 leather armchairs and a comfortable double sofabed. There is a dining table that seats 6 and TV with a DVD and Freeview. Other: There is an entry phone, hooks for coats and a large chest for shoes in the entrance.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen can be provided at a small charge and extra cleaning can also be arranged.

This apartment is located on the first floor it is also a split level property, therefore, it is unsuitable for anybody with restricted mobility.
Local activities in and around Broadstairs, South East
Broadstairs is a great place to visit whatever the time of year. Boasting the blue flag sandy beaches of Viking Bay and Joss Bay amongst others, it is the perfect British seaside holiday resort.
The beach resorts offer everything from traditional shows and children’s entertainers to al fresco dining on world cuisines, including Thai, Vietnamese and Persian. The Viking Coastal Trail is also perfect for cyclists and walkers alike.
Broadstairs has a long association with Charles Dickens and a Dickens Festival runs each year around mid to late June. Folk Week is also another highlight with many visitors arriving just for this alone.
Serious shoppers are catered for with the nearby Westwood Cross retail parks where the 40 outlets (some restaurants) include Marks & Spencer, Top Shop, Debenhams and Next. There are branches of Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury close by.
Approximately 75 miles from London and there are direct trains to Broadstairs Station from London Victoria and Bromley South. The train station is less than half a mile from the apartment.

Rental Notes: Changeover day is Saturday. Please vacate the property by 10am in the tidy state you found it. Arrival is from 3pm onwards.
Balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date will be charged at the full amount. A deposit of 25% of total rental charge is required to secure the booking along with a refundable £50 deposit which will be returned following inspection.
