Villa Algaba Rutilo is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the mountains in backdrop as well as the 3rd tee on fairway. The house sleeps up to 6/8 persons.
El Valle has restaurants, bars, supermarket, gym, golf club house, all just a few minutes walk.

The house sleeps up to 6/8 persons and features the following;
Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Second double bedroom with twin beds and a further twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Second bathroom and further cloakroom.
Lounge area with seating for 6 (including one double sofa bed). Dining with seating for 6, British satellite-TV and DVD player, Internet (Broadband) access, lap top and purchase of voucher required. Open fireplace. Covered outside eating area with built in BBQ.
The kitchen is fitted with a microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Utility room includes washing machine, drying rack and iron with ironing board.
Outside facilities: Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6.
All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels). The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

Local activities in and around El Valle Golf, Costa Calida - Murcia
The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.
Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, driving range 18 hole golf course and club house with bar and lounging area, and outside terrace and seating with superior views and restaurant. Irish bar and occassional evening entertainment (has been weekly during the summer - but no guarantees), further restaurant (A la Carte).
Supermarket, Gym (free to residents), Courtesy bus running around all the Polaris Resorts (approx hourly during day).
El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
