Close enough to local attractions, but quiet when you need it most. With the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms arranged over 2 floors it also makes it ideal for sharing a holiday with friends or family.
A 5 minute walk would take you to Rhyl Habour, the Marine Lake then onwards into Rhyl centre with it's Sun Centre, Sea Life Centre, Sky Tower, 'Drift Park' play area, Amusement Arcades, Clubs, Pubs and Resturants.
Likewise, a 5 minute walk would take you to Kinmel Bay beach, the local shops, cafe and supermarket.
The property is on cycle route 5.
Trout fishing ponds approx 2 miles away, sea fishing trips from Rhyl along with beach and estuary fishing 10mins walk from the property.
Golf ranges/courses within 20minutes drive.
Towyn's Tyr Prince racetrack (10 minutes walk) also has a week-end market/carboot, there's a funfair next to that and a public play park with skateboard circuit and a duck pond. Towyn also has the amusment arcades, funpubs and attractions associated with caravan holiday areas.
Nearby Bodelwydden castle(2 miles) hosts regular attractions throughout the year, Rhuddlan castle(2 miles) St Asaph Church(4 miles).
The A55 gives access to the whole of North Wales with it's mountains, castles, waterfalls, beaches and walks.
Colwyn Bay for 'jetskiers', mountain zoo,market and shopping.
Llandudno for the pier, gardens, theatre, dry ski slope and shops.
Conway for it's castle, harbour, smallest house, butterfly centre are all around 30 minutes drive away.
If you go 'in land' Snowdonia, Betws-y-coed, Llanberis Pass, Ugly House etc are all within an hours drive as is the Isle of Angelsey and Caernafon.
Criccieth, Porthmadog, Ffestiniog and Harlech are a little more.
There are a wealth of National Trust properties in the area including houses, castles and the famous Bodnant Gardens.
The Roman city of Chester is approx 30 miles away with stunning roman architecture, zoo (as featured on t.v) and shopping.

Local activities in and around Rhyl, North Wales
'Peace Haven' Kinmel Bay is situated between the holiday resorts of Rhyl and Towyn. Within easy reach of all the local attractions yet in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes walk from the local conservation area/dune backed beach.
Our recently refurbished property sits on a corner plot and has an enclosed south facing rear garden with several seating areas to relax in. We feel it is the perfect positition to be able to go out and 'explore' everything North Wales has to offer and then 'relax' after a day of 'doing it all'.
Recommended by car. A55 then A525 Rhyl Or Rhyl train/bus/coach station is approx 3 miles away a bus would take you to within a 5 minute walk from the property or a taxi 'door to door'
