Noggin has been beautifully restored and tastefully redecorated. The house is just a few metres from the beach. The property is built over four floors.It has 3 bedrooms, one large double with en-suite, one twin and one single. The ground floor has a cosy living room, a bathroom and a utility room. Downstairs is the lovely fully fitted kitchen/diner. There is a small courtyard, perfect on sunny days.

Noggin is situated on Silver Street, one of the many tiny, quaint streets that run off Beach Street. It is just a few metres from the beautiful, clean pebble beach at Deal. Silver Street is in the Conservation Area of Deal. The house is about 250 years old and is full of old-fashioned charm.
The house is built on four floors with a wonderful spiral staircase throughout the centre of the house. There are three bedrooms. The top floor of the house has two bedrooms, one twin with a sink and a single. The first floor houses the main bedroom. This room is large enough for a travel cot and has an en-suite shower room. The living room with original wood panelling is found on the ground floor along with a bathroom and utility room. To the rear of the property is a small courtyard with a seating area, perfect for morning coffee. Downstairs is the fully fitted kitchen /diner.
The Conservation Area in Deal is a quaint maize of tiny streets with an abundnace of pubs, restaurants, antique shops and beautifully quirky houses. The larger area contains many shops, cafes and fantastic restaurants.
Deal has a lovely pier which has just been renovated and is very popular with fishermen, tourists and locals. Deal is a wonderful place in which to enjoy the outdoors. There are stunning coastal walks to Sandwich or towards Dover, and beautiful inland walks. The coastal cycle path is very popular with locals and tourists alike. Many people cycle in Deal as everthing is so local. Deal has its own castle and Walmer and Sanddown castles are a short walk away. Deal is often featured in the lifestyle magazines and programmes for its old fashioned charm, quietness, and beauty.
Deal has an abundance of Golf Courses very near by. The Port of Dover is just 4 miles away and France can be reached by ferry or by the Eurotunnel at Folkstone Canterbury with its rich history is a 25 minute drive away.
Deal has a railway station with links all the seaside towns and London.

The area is known for its good Golf Courses. The Royal St Geaorge is just 3 miles away and is due to host the Open Championship in 2011. Princes' Golf course is 4 miles away, its a 27 hole championship links course and is a qualifying venue for the Open . Royal Cinque Port is 2 miles away on a narrow stretch extending to Sandwich Bay. Walmer and Kingsdown is 2 miles away , a 18 hole course set on cliffs between Deal and Dover.
Deal is very popular with fishermen. there is sea fishing from the beach or pier or just a mile away are Cottenden Lakes. Boat trips are also available.
The area has three superb castles all with lovely views over the sea to France.
There is a shopping area at Westwood Cross about 7 miles away towards Broadstairs.
The coastal cycle path stretches for miles and is very popular.
Howletts Animal Park is about 25 minutes away and Port Lymph a little further towards Ashford.
Just a few miles away is a small but lovely Conservation Animal Park .
M20 towards Dover and the A258 to Deal. M2 towards Faversham then the A2 towards Dover,A258 to Deal. At Deal castle take the next right. turn left , across roundabout, park in approx 300 yards .
