Situated on a beautiful and peaceful holiday site, with private and direct access to the beach, this 2-bedroom chalet also has a bed-settee in the lounge to accommodate 6 people in total.
It has all you need for a week or two’s holiday, in what is classed as the sunniest part of England!
Dogs are welcome in the property and on site (on a lead), and they can even run freely on the beach all year round!
There is a vast range of activities on the site including a good-sized outdoor heated swimming pool, with a section for small children.
The chalet has a brand new sun-deck along it to enjoy alfresco dining, or just to relax and take in the tranquility.
The chalet has one of the best positions on the site, with an area of grass directly in front of it, allowing games/activities, or simply an area to admire from the lounge or from the seating on the newly-built sun-deck.
From the patio doors, you enter into the open-plan lounge/diner where you find a bed-settee, occasional chair, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD player, bookcase with books provided, a welsh dresser, radiator, and various lamps for different lighting moods. The kitchen is open-plan from the dining area and has plenty of cupboard space, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, tea-pot, plus many other useful items. Tea-towels are not provided. There is a radiator in the kitchen too.
Off the kitchen is the twin bedroom, both beds have a headboard, and there is a bedside table with drawers between the beds. There is a wardrobe, plus a further cupboard. From the kitchen leads to the master bedroom and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed with headboard, a dressing table with drawers, a double and a single wardrobe with further drawers, and cupboards above the bed. There is an electric blanket on the bed. There is also a radiator in this room. The bathroom is of a good size, and has a WC, sink, bath, and an independent electric shower over the bath, with a curtain. An over-the-bath airer is provided here. Also, there is a small anti-slip mat.
Other items provided are: vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and children’s items like buckets and spades, and outdoor games, plus a small trike. The water is heated by a hot water tank which is operated by a meter which takes £1 coins. This also operates all the electrics. Average spend around a pound a day. A small car park is within a few feet away.
Also on site: Children's playground, Crazy golf, Skittles, Bowls, Games area, inc soft play, Snooker, Internet access, Shop, Fish n chips in pub. Limited entertainment in pub lounge.

Earnley: 0 miles: Earnley Gardens, which houses an interesting collection of tropical butterflies, exotic birds and small animals; a crazy golf course; and, crazier still, Rejectamenta, a nostalgia-fest museum.
Birdham: 2.5 miles: Sussex Falconry Centre, includng an aquatic nursery, filled with exotic fish.
West Wittering: 3 miles: Sandy beach with watersports.
Chichester: 6 miles: Cosmopolitan, colourful and cosy!
Bosham: 8 miles: This village stands on a small peninsula between two tidal creeks at the eastern end of Chichester harbour. As well as providing an excellent sanctuary for migrating wildfowl it is a wonderful centre for sailing with literally hundreds of moorings for boats and yachts. Artists, walkers and weekenders love the place and year round it draws visitors like a magnet, particularly those with a sense of history.
Pagham: 10 miles: Nature reserve. This lovely spot is as rich in period atmosphere as physical beauty.
Goodwood: 10 miles: Horseracing, motorsport.
Bognor Regis: 12 miles: For your action-packed nightlife!
Arundel: 17 miles: Historic Arundel lies at the heart of the picturesque South Downs in Sussex. Dominated by the stunning Norman castle and Gothic cathedral, this quaint town has cobbled streets, offering tea rooms, restaurants, galleries and specialist shops.
Portsmouth: 23 miles: Spinnaker Tower, HMS Victory, Mary Rose Ship Hall, Mary Rose Museum, Action Stations, Harbour Tour, HMS Warrior and Royal Naval Museum.
Southampton: 36 miles: This city is home to some of the region's best concert halls and venues, boasting three outstanding art galleries and two magnificent theatres.
Leave the Chichester By-Pass (A27) at the r'bout crossed by the A286. Turn into Stockbridge Rd following signs to: A286 Witterings Bracklesham. At Birdham follow Earnley. Left into Clappers Lane.
