‘Acacia House’ is a delightful, welcoming property situated in the very popular town of Shanklin. The interior is light and bright and has been extensively refurbished retaining period features as well as providing a modern cottage style kitchen / diner and well-appointed bathroom / shower. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge and sitting room on the ground floor, as well as the additional cloakroom / wc. Upstairs, the front bedroom has a pair of bunk beds (plus sofa bed for 2 extra guests) and a double bed in the master suite to the rear, which leads to the luxurious bathroom / shower and wc. The wooden doors and flooring along with the under-floor heating system creates a cosy and homely environment all year round.
Outside, there is a driveway for parking to the front. A substantial enclosed garden to the rear comprising: brick paved patio, decked seating area with garden furniture, summerhouse and considerable lawn area.
