Paralimni, the nearest village, is about a 10-minute drive away.
The apartment is situated inbetween the Capo Bay hotel and the Sunrise Beach hotel, which are both popular wedding venues so it would suit persons attending weddings (in fact, there is also an apartment right next door that also sleeps 6 persons) so family or friends can stay together while maintaining their privacy.
