Casa Pequena, set in rural location outside the small village of Puntalón, 3kms east from Motril on the Costa Tropical de Granada. Part of a traditional Cortijo, it shares large sub-tropical gardens with the owners farmhouse and El Apartamento, (SG3842) which is also available for self-catering holidays.
Each dwelling has its own private space, sea & mountain views & full use of the Swimming pool & gardens 24/7. An ideal holiday touring base. Country location, yet not isolated - good beaches less than 2kms.
Casa Pequena, a sympathetic conversion of small farm building - enter through stable door to well equipped kitchen/diner with all 'mod cons'. Spiral stairs lead up to the traditional living room with French windows overlooking the rear garden, swimming pool & mountains.
Living room benefits from all creature comforts, including multi-language satellite TV + BSKYB family pack, DVD/VHS & ADSL computer link. Double sofa-bed can accommodate 2 extra guests but casita probably more suitable for couples as only WC is accessed only from the double bedroon downstairs.
Stairs up to the private roof terrace, a perfect place to share a bottle of Rioja & watch the setting sun. There is another large terrace in front of the Casita with teak furniture for 4. The comfortable double bedroom is accessed directly from this terrace. The Casita is equipped to a high standard, tastefully furnished - a mixture of modern & antique.

Not forgetting the Alpujarras & Lecrin Valley with dozens of white villages to discover.
