Plenty of diving clubs in the area, horse riding, tennis, Paragliding clubs, 4x4 excursions, walks, visit Almuñecar only 10 minutes, and see the roman ruins, the Loro Sexi Park, have fun at the Aquatic Park, go to the Peña Escrita Natural Park, or enjoy the naturalist beach at Cantarriján, behind Cerro Gordo. You will find many International and regional restaurants at La Herradura. There is also skiing on the Sierra Nevada in the winter, which is close to Granada and is approximately an hour and half drive. The Alhambra Palce and the Alpujarras are also close by.
