A spacious and spotless lakeside villa in the peaceful award winning development of Bridgewater Crossing. Our detached villa is located on a large corner plot. It has two master bedrooms with own en suite bathrooms, a further twin bedroom and family bathroom. The living area is very spacious with large dining and living area and kitchen measuring 14x14.
Bridgewater Crossing is a traditional sidewalk community with many lakes ideal setting for fishing walking. Our villa is located on the edge of a large pond and within a small development of just 20 villas on a no through road.
Our villa is fully furnished and kept to the highest standards at all times. We have a local management company to support guests with whatever they need including theme park tickets and evening shows. Our villa is centrally heating and fully air-condition we have added additonal ceiling fans in every room for our guests extra comfort including the lanai in the pool area.
Every room has Cable TV connection (inc Disney, Hallmark & ESPN channels). The living area has soft lighting with uplighter and side table lamp and large 3 seater and 2 seater sofas. With the extra comforts of two master bedrooms both with Queen sized beds and with full en-suite bathrooms its ideal for two families sharing, plus a twin bedroom and further family bathroom. All bedrooms have a selection of drawer and built-in wardrobes, so plenty of storage to fully unpack no need to live out of you suitcases at our villa.
Outside enjoy sunshine from 10am to sunset on our southerly facing privately screened shaped pool measuring 12x24 with underwater lighting which looks spectacular at night, no rear neighbours. The views are breathtaking and with the clever choice of shrubs & bushes giving greater privacy & comfortable, complimented nicely by soft patio furniture with reclining seats and loungers relaxation by the pool is a must after the busy days at the theme parks.
We have really tried to make it home from home with everything you could possibly need. Full bed linen, towels, hair dryers, Gas BBQ, complete cable TV package, DVD, Video players and selection of films inc childrens selection, but to name a few you really just need to get yourselves there to fully appreciate and enjoy everything florida has to offer.
For our smaller guests, we have a selection of toys high chair, strollers and a travel cot are available at no extra cost.

2 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom. All bedrooms have cable television (inc Disney, Hallmark and ESPN channels) and either Video or DVD player double bedrooms have en suite bathroom and we have a themed 3rd bedroom of Disneys favorites.
Bathrooms:
3 Bathrooms. Two separate bathrooms to the two master bedrooms plus a further family bathroom all bathrooms have showers.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. Table & seating for 4, the kitchen has all appliances you could wish for including ice maker, waste disposal, washing facilities which are free for you to use.
General:
Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Telephone, House Linen, Towels Provided. As owners we visit on a regular basis & know our villa kept to the highest standards by the support of our local management company who are more than happy to help you with all your holiday needs.
Dining:
Seating for 10. Large full sized dinning table to accomadate the whole party candle lighting and full linen large serving counter from the kitchen an additonal table and chair in the kitchen for 4 additional guests.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Tennis Court. Selection of DVDs, videos, books and board games are in our villa with every room having Cable TV Inc (Disney, Hallmark and ESPN channels) & DVD or Video players so everyones needs are catered for.
Outside:
Private Pool, Communal Pool, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. We are with 300 metres of the coomunity pool, tennis, volley ball & Basket ball court, BBQ area, and there is additional kids play area nearby and traditional sidewalks. Yet within 10 mins of Disney.

Children Welcome, Wheelchair Access, Suitable For Elderly, Sorry - No Pets Allowed, Smoking Allowed.
Our villa is single storey so great for guest with limited movement and the living areas are spacious and adaptable. Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside for the future enjoyment of our guests.

Florida Mall 30 Minutes. Universal Studio 30 Minutes. Orlando Int Airport 40 Minutes. Tampa 50 Minutes. Busch Gardens 50 Minutes. Tampa International Aiport 1 Hr. Clearwater Beaches 1 Hr 15 Minutes. NASA Space Centre 1hr 15 Minutes. Sanford Airport 1 Hr 15 Minutes. There are numerous Golf courses in the local area all within a short drive.
Our villas access to the main interstate 4 Highway gives great scope to visit all central florida attraction with ease.
We alway keep a selection of publications in our villa of the local attraction helpful hits and tip and great recommendation from our previous guests in our visitors book.
Full directions will be given with all booking whereever possible we supply keys to our villa so from whichever arrival airport you have the option of going directly to our villa.

We are flexible with arrival days. Our villa is cleaned before you arrive & on your departure.
Electric pool heating is £70 per week. We would require a small deposit of £100 per week to secure your booking with the remainder due within 8 weeks of arrival. A security deposit of £100 per week will be required either via our local agent or by credit card via paypal at no charge.
Full booking term & Condition available on request with full booking instructions. We offer late departure on your leaving date free of charge subject to availability.
We are able to accept payments by credit card via paypal at a cost of 2%. Our current conversion rates for US customers is $2.00/£1.
