Situated in the area the Sunday Times called the Cotes d'Azur undiscovered secret this unique villa is located in Aiguebelle, between le Lavandou and St Tropez. This stretch of the French Mediterranean coast is famous for its golden beaches, breathtaking views & flower filled highways. Opposite are the Iles d"Or, described as "Provence's hidden Golden Isles" with a "Taste of the Caribbean".
The property is a stunning contemporary villa stylishly furnished with pool and panoramic views over the sea. Sleeps maximum 8 with vast balconies & terraces, all with sea views. Private and secluded pool.
The house itself is situated above Jean-Blanc plage, which is about 5 minutes walk away, one of the 12 beaches of Lavandou & certainly one of the quietest and most picturesque. There are beautiful coastal walks nearby and many excellent local restaurants.
We are close to St Tropez with everything the town and beaches offer and in walking distance of 2 separate Michelin starred restaurants
Villa Tiipoto is a wonderful contemporary house, built on a hillside plot on the Corniche des Illes d'Or above the small village of Aiguebelle. The house is South facing and has stunning views over the sea and the islands. Villa Tiipoto was built in 1968 by the architect le Corbisier for a wealthy Belgian family and was featured in the inaugural edition of the magazine la maison. The house is built on 3 levels and is of the classic contemporary style with open plan living/dining room with Palmier and balconies to the upper levels.
Level 1 has entrance hall/reception room with balcony, master bedroom suite with king size bed, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 basins and w.c. and private sun terrace. Level 2 has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin, shower room and w.c., living/dining room, kitchen and balconies. To the lower level is the 4th bedroom with super king size bed, en suite shower room and w.c.
Outside there is a tiled pool with large decked terrace and built in banquette seating area, further terraces and gardens, with a shaded boule court. The covered south facing balconies to both upper levels are a major feature and provide extensive space for dining, relaxing and from which to enjoy the views of the coast and islands. There is also a utility area, sun terraces, pool terrace with bar and barbecue. There are electric security shutters to all rooms.
The house is furnished in sympathetic style with pieces by Cassina, B&B Italia, Desalto and classic lighting by Flos.

Travelling local market for fish and other Provencal produce, with regular main market in nearby le Lavandou and St Tropez. Ferry service from le Lavandou to visit the beautiful islands.
