This luxury apartment is perfect for a peaceful getaway. It has a large private swimming pool for the sole use of the apartment and is in a great location only minutes away from restaurants, shops and bars. There are wonderful sandy beaches within easy walking distance and the local harbour provides great water sports including Jet Ski hire, snorkeling and scuba diving. The centre of Caleta is a 10 minutes walk and has a great choice of restaurants, bars and more shops. The Championship Golf Course (which hosted the 2004 Spanish open), is also only a 5 minute drive away.
The spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, comfortable lounge and kitchen. There is a large roof terrace a great place to sit with a drink and enjoy the stunning views to the sea, and breathtaking sunsets. At the rear of the apartment next to the pool there is a secluded patio with BBQ, sun-loungers, table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining or a great place to get a great tan.

There are two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and one with twin beds both are fitted with Canarian style furniture. There is a large bathroom with a shower cubicle. The washing machine is located here and an iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with full oven ceramic hob, fridge, and the usual compliment of crockery and utensils. There is also a coffee maker and sandwich toaster. This lovely spacious apartment has been tastefully furnished with comfort in mind, the lounge has two leather settees, a coffee table a large wall unit with a TV, video and a CD/mini-system, there is also cable TV.
Outside at the rear of the apartment next to the pool there is a secluded patio with BBQ, sun-loungers, table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining or a great place for sun worshippers. The swimming pool is 7.5m long and 3.5m wide and has a graded depth from 1 meter to 1.5. There is also a heated pool-side shower.

Local activities in and around Caleta De Fuste, Fuerteventura
Coast/Beach: Caleta's beach is a 10 minute walk away and was carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
Fuerteventura's 1st Golf course is a 5 minute drive away, and was home to the Spanish Open in April 2004. The 18-hole course is a par 71. The 365 day a year course is comfortable to play even in the middle of the day with a cool comfortable breeze. Golf buggies are available for hire and the clubhouse offers a variety of services such a gym, sauna, golf range and restaurant and bar facilities. A second golf course, La Salinas is now open and is just next door from the Fuerteventura Golf course this also offers a great variety and equally impressive facilities.
Fuerteventura's airport is a 15 minute drive away from the resort, and costs around 15 euros in a taxi. There is a bus service from the airport for 1 euro on an air conditioned bus and it takes about 20 mins. Car hire can be arranged at the airport or in the town and can be as little as £15 a day, this is a great way to explore the island. A great selling point for Caleta is that it is about middle of the island so a great base from which to explore.

Rental Notes: Change over days are flexible, as are the times for arrival and departure, we normally ask that the apartment be vacated by 10am when departing and arrival is not before 2pm. this givse enough time for the apartment to be prepared for incomming guests, but again we are flexile, this will usually depend on the time of in-comming guests. There is a weekly linen change for bedding and towels etc.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided.
We ask for a 20% deposit when booking and then the balance to paid once in Fuertevnetura.
We live in Caleta and therefore should any problems occur during your stay we are on hand to resolve them immediately.
