Fully refurbished in 2003, the apartment sleeps up to four people, with a large double bedroom, and a full size double sofabed in the living area. There is a separate dining area which comfortably accomodates 4 people.
The apartment is south facing and is bright and airy. From early morning until late in the evening you can enjoy the sun on the balcony.
A new kitchen was fitted in 2003 and boasts washing machine/dryer, fridge, electric oven, gas hob and extractor. The bathroom has been refurbished in 2006 and has a shower, toilet and handbasin.
The apartment is located only 10 minutes from the airport by taxi or by bus, and is only 200m from the sea. This location is hard to beat - only two blocks from the sea, with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It is on the edge of the pedestrian area and the Old Town and Cours Saleya are just a 10-minute walk away.
You certainly don’t need a car to explore Nice, but if you hire one the apartment has off-road parking.
