Appin House, in North Argyll, is set amidst some of the most breathtaking scenery in the Scottish West Highlands. From an elevated position overlooking Loch Linnhe Mull, Lismore and the mountains of Morvern may all be seen. Newly completed 'Gate Lodge' is the largest property in our complex and it shares a large beautiful garden and magnificent views.

'Gate Lodge' has to be seen to be believed! The views from it ,over the loch and islands, are exceptional. The cottage itself is spacious, with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6-8
The large living area is open plan, arranged on several levels, and includes a bright sun room.Despite having underfloor oil fired central heating there is also a multifuel stove in the slate flagstoned lounge.
Two of the bedrooms( 1 en-suite) ar double , with the third set as a twin.(2 have beds which may be ziplinked) There is a second shower room, and also a cloakroom beside the utility/drying room. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Outdoor meals may be enjoyed on the large deck provided with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Completely self contained, the cottage has it's own access, with parking for up to 3 cars

Sealife centre and indoor climbing wall for wet days. Boat trips to the Inner Hebrides etc.
