The Villa has a private pool that faces southwest, (soak up the sun every afternoon!) with a beautiful water fall feature, this also comprises of a large decking area with patio funiture. The pool area is fully screened and there is also a pool bathroom adjacent to it. The rear property backs onto a park with a children’s play area and is not overlooked.
