This carefully restored milking parlour is part of the 16th century Manoir and provides spacious accommodation for 9 people in 4 bedrooms. It is surrounded by 6 acres of wooded lawns and gardens and there is ample space for all tastes from peaceful reading to boisterous ball games. There is a 12 x 6 metre heated pool.
On the ground floor is a spacious fitted kitchen and dining area and comfortable lounge with corner fireplace. Also a double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. There are 3 bedrooms upsrairs, 2 with twin beds and the third with 3 traditional breton beds "lit coin". The landing has cane furniture for quiet reading and games. A second shower rooom is also here.

This house is ideally situated for exploring the natural beauty of this region of Brittany. with its sleepy villages and historic towns and buildings, the south coast (45 mins) with its beaches and water sports and walks in the ancient woods round Lake Guerledan. For those who want an active holiday there is golf, canoeing, horse riding, cycling and fishing. These, with restaurants, a steady passage of pardons , fetes and fest noz will ensure a varied and enjoyable holiday for all the family.

Cycling for all stages from the gentle towpaths beside the Blavet river, through quiet country lanes and villages to the more exacting marked trails..
