The main glazed entrance to this exciting conversion lights up the lounge, a cool stone-flagged area open to the roof beams and overlooking an enclosed lawn.
There are 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom to the rear of the lounge. A hand-crafted staircase leads to the mezzanine floor which overlooks the lounge; to the front is a spacious kitchen/dining area opening onto a deck overlooking the pool and garden, to the rear is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A twin-bedded garret is accessed from the dining area by a ladder for the adventurous older children.
The 12 x 6 metre heated swimming pool lies to the rear of the cottages and is surrounded by mature oak and chestnut trees and extensive areas of open sunny lawns. The area is fenced for the safety of young children. Swings , slide and a variety of ball and raquet games are provided to enhance your enjoyment. There is a games room pool table, table football, table tennis and darts and a grassed badminton court.
