This excellent property is located within walking distance of the fishing village of Courtmacsherry and offers beautiful views over the inner bay. The property is located within 20 minutes drive of Clonakilty and 35 minutes drive of Kinsale in the other direction. Each of these towns offers an abundance of activities for the holidaymaker.
There are several excellnet beaches, one of which is in the village with the others within 15 minutes drive of the house.

The house comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all other mod cons. There is a separate utility with washing machine and dryer. There is seating for up to 8 people. The living room has an open fire, TV and video.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom is ensuite. There is another double room and a twin room. The fourth bedroom is a twin room which is located downstairs. There is a further WC downstairs.
There is a large garden surrounding the house ideal for children.
The house is within walking distance of the local beach where there are all sorts of water sports available in season.
The village itself is a short walk away and you can enjoy a drink or a meal in one of the family friendly pubs such as The Lifeboat.
There are several great restaurants in the area. Dillons in Timoleague and The Pink Elephant in Kilbrittain are two of them and nearby Clonakilty has a fine selection of restaurants and cafes.

The local beach offers great water activities in season. There are a number of excellent beaches within a short drive of the property.

Skibbereen Heritage Centre
The Heritage Centre is located in the award winning, beautifully restored Old Gasworks Building, in Skibbereen, one of West Cork’s most picturesque towns. The Centre consists of two themes.
The Great Famine Commemoration Exhibition commemorates the tragic period in the 1840s that is known in Irish History as the Great Hunger. Skibbereen was one of the worst affected areas, and the events of the era are depicted using local characters and events.
Rental Notes: An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 is required to secure booking. Balance of payment required not less than eight weeks before arrival date.
Check in is at 16.00 and check out at 10.00 unless special arrangements are made in advance.
No pets allowed.
A security deposit of €100 is payable on arrival and will be repaid when final check is carried out by property manager on departure. Any damages caused will be deducted from this deposit.
Bed linen & towels are supplied. Electricity & heating are charged at a rate of €5 per day in June, July and August. For the rest of the year the daily rate is €8.
No responsibility will be accepted for loss of or damage to property while staying in holiday homes or for property left behind after departure.
It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags.
