The large, well-kept house, the splendid enclosed property, the large tended pool and changing house, the sundeck, the covered seating and dining area, the self-contained barbecue room and the panoramic view at a height of 300 meters, all help to provide exclusive rest and relaxation in one of the most beautiful spots under the southern sun.
La Casa Soledad features central heating and hot water through-out. In addition to the public fresh water supply it has it's own well combined with several cisterns holding 200 m³ (52K Gallons). Thus an abundant water supply is assured 365 days a year.

The house offers 225 m² (2400 square feet) of living space. Furnishings are comfortable and typical of the area, everything is stylish with a maritime - Mediterranean flare. One indeed is comfortable there.
Carport There is room for four cars. Two covered outside lots as well as two lockable parking lots.
Living space:
Dining and living room are combined. It provides enough comfortable space for seven people. The room has a working fireplace, TV / Radio with satellite receiver. Immediately adjoining is another room for indoor cooking with a charcoal-barbecue grill. This room also has a sink and dinning area. A separate guest bathroom is also available as well.
Naya (covered Patio) and garden
This patio is beautifully appointed and makes summer living a Mediterranean dream come true. One can enjoy lunch or dinner al-fresco while seated on a Andalusian style tiled bench. There are easy chairs and coffee tables. All the while enjoying the views, through the Romanesque arches, either of the ocean or the garden. In the automatically irrigated garden if so inclined one can sit on benches at a private fountain under palm-trees.
Pool and terrace
The pool is 6,5 x 10,5 m (21 x 34 ft) and has a diving board. Underwater lights enable swimming in the evening and at night. A pool-service does the cleaning. Immediately next to the pool is a changing cabin with a fully appointed bathroom: hot and cold water shower, toilet and sink. On the exterior is another shower, as well as, a wet bar and a fridge.

Local activities in and around Benissa, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Sightseeing:
Highly recommended are excursions to Denia or Alicante. As a means of transportation you may choose the local railway. The railway station is less then 4 km (3 miles) away.
Calpe, a coastal village, is less then seven km (five miles) away. It is a 'typical tourist-trap' with a lively atmosphere with shops, bars and restaurants. If you prefer something a little quieter and traditional you may chose Moraira, a coastal village as well at an equal distance from Casa La Soledad. Here the visitor may find small cozy coffee shops after having toured on foot the old central part of town. Benissa, since it is located inland offers a change-of-pace to the busy coast.
If 'shopping' is your thing a trip to: Altea, Denia, Benidorm and / or Alicante will satisfy your urges till you 'drop'.
However if you prefer some culture trips the mountainous hinterland would be your choice. There one can visit old castles and other sites of cultural-historical importance.
If you crave entertainment and /or night-life you will find close by water- and theme-parks for the kids. And for the 'big kids' after dark, there are a multitude of choices, whether you would like to go gambling, take in a night-club show or dance the night away at a disco.
Sport: Of course you can indulge in all the water sports such as: swimming, diving, windsurfing, water-skiing, sailing and fishing. In the vicinity are also six yacht clubs. If you are more of a 'land-person' the range of choices for you encompass: jogging, cycling, horse back riding, go-kart and less then half-a-mile away several tennis courts. Walking and / or touring is recommended in the aforementioned mountainous hinterland.
Golf: In the vicinity are also four golf clubs.
