With it's fashionable outlets such as Brown Thomas, House of Frazer, Marks & Spencer, brand new cinema and fine restaurants it has plenty to offer guests in terms of retail shopping and entertainment. Restaurants include Mao and Milano.

There are many visitor attractions in county Wicklow which is within a half hour drive from the apartment.

There are a number of Leisure Centres within a 10 minute drive of the apartment each of which welcomes visitors.

Access to Dublin city is convenient. There you will be able to enjoy all a modern city has to offer including great restaurants, theatres and shows.

Booking Deposit:
An immediate non-refundable booking deposit of €150 per property is required to secure booking. For holidays costing over €1500 a booking deposit of 10% is required. The balance of the payment is required not less than 6 weeks before arrival date.

Electricity:
The charge for electricity is €5 per day in June, July & August and €8 per day for all other months.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of €250 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
