Set next to National Park with breathtaking views of the mountains Villa Archez is a modern spacious 2 bedroom villa built all on one level located between the nearby villages of Archez and Canillas de Albaida. The Villa is surrounded by a well maintained country garden and thoughout the house there are wooden beamed ceilings & window shutters.
Excellent access via a tarmacked road and a private drive leads up to the villa. You can experience the local spanish life here in the mountains within easy access of the coast without being in the centre of a busy tourist area.
Located between the villages of Archez and Canillas de Albaida there is excellent access on a tarmacked road to the property and the two villages are each only a five minute walk away.
There is a good sized arched and shaded terrace and outdoor living area where the main door to the villa is located. This opens into a sitting-room with a wood burning stove adjoined bya dining area, fully fitted open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Behind the house there is a plunge pool. Beautiful mountain views and walks. The popular village of Competa is close by with over 30 restaurants & bars. The beach, the port of Caleta or Torrox Costa, are a 20 minute drive from the villa.
Nerja is approximately 30 minutes from Archez and Malaga Airport approx. one hour. Granada, The Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada are approx an hour and a half away from the villa. We have provided an information book in the villa with details of local markets, places to visit and further recommendations.

Local activities in and around Competa, Costa del Sol - Malaga
The villa is situated between the villages of Cannillas de Albaida and Archez both of which have bars and restaurants. There is a bank, chemist and shop in Cannillas - less than a ten minute walk from the villa. It is next to a National Park and many walks can be found from here.
Competa is within a ten minute drive from the villa and is the largest local town with over 30 bars and reaturants. The wellknown town of Nerja is 30 minutes away and you can visit the fantastic caves and many beaches.
You can experience the local spanish life here in the mountains within easy access of the coast without being in the centre of a busy tourist area.
