Our wonderful 200 sq.m marble-floored apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout creating a luxurious, cosy and homely atmosphere.
It has a very spacious and comfortable lounge-diner, with 2 sofas, 6-seater dining-table, fireplace, satellite television, video, dvd and mini hi-fi. It also has free broadband wi-fi internet access. It opens via french-windows onto a large south-facing balcony with 2 loungers and 4-seater dining-table that overlooks the beautiful and extensive (and very green!) gardens and main swimming pool.
The en-suite master-bedroom has a new and very comfortable super king-size bed and its own television, balcony and lovely views. The 2nd-bedroom, with three new single beds, has an adjacent bathroom and also has a balcony with views of the rear swimming pool and gardens. The twin beds in this bedroom can be zipped together to make a second super king-size bed.
The large and brand new luxury kitchen is extremely well-equipped and fully-fitted with all the necessary appliances and has a beautiful marble floor, granite worktops and tiled walls as well as a lovely breakfast bar. Our apartment's corner location enables each room to have natural daylight and ventilation. Cot and baby facilities are available.
The apartment has close, direct access to the sandy beach, children's playground and beach bar/restaurant; five pools, one heated; free tennis courts; short walking distance to shops and numerous excellent restaurants; close to 30+ golf courses, many family activities and Puerto Banus nightlife, for an ideal combination of peaceful relaxation and family leisure in one of the best complexes on the coast.

Local activities in and around Marbella, Costa del Sol - Malaga
It is just an easy and short journey to Puerto Banus (5 mins) and Marbella, with Ronda, Casares and Benahavis a short drive away. Within a short walking distance there are many excellent restaurants, bars shops and banks.
There are at least 20 golf courses in the surrounding area, many of which are of an extremely good standard.
Skiing is possible in the Sierra Nevada near to Granada which is about a two hour drive away. Also in the surrounding area there are many family oriented activities available including adventure, wild-life and water parks, sea-life centres, dolphinaria and water sports centres.

Rental Notes: Our preferred changeover day is a Saturday. A weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels and clean of the apartment is provided for guests who stay for two weeks or more. Additional cleaning can be arranged. An experienced baby sitter is available. The complex has 24hr security and a lifeguard during the high season.
