An attractive and stylish two storey villa with a pretty living room and dining area with seating for 6 a TV with a satellite package containing 100 English speaking channels including topical sports channels, 24 hour blockbuster movie channels, BBC radio stations, German, French, Spanish and Italian satellite TV channels, CD/radio and DVD player. Two sets of patio doors lead to the terrace.
The separate well equipped kitchen has a door to the terrace and barbecue area and contains all you would expect in a highly equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board, coffee percolater etc.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, two balconies one overlooking the pool area at the rear and one overlooking the front ladscaped Canarian garden. The second bedroom has two single beds and one balcony overlooking the front, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and substantial floor standing fans. The villa has two full bathrooms, one downstairs and one separating the bedrooms upstairs.
There is a large sunbathing terrace which has views to the mountains, a private electrically heated pool with roman steps and integral seating ideal for little ones to paddle, four sunloungers and parasols. There are shaded areas in the garden so that you can enjoy the hottest times of day without worrying about sunburn. There is a table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco dining and at night the pool/garden area has romantic lighting. The pool can only be accessed from inside your villa making it both safe for children and private. A community swimming pool and separate childs pool is a short walk away.

Close to the Timanfayo National Park. 30 minutes from Costa Teguise which has a Water Park and Golf Course. Museums and gardens dedicated to the famous sculptor Cezar Manrique.
