Our wonderful 100 sq.m marble-floored apartment is furnished and decorated to a very high standard throughout creating a luxurious, cosy and homely atmosphere
It has a very spacious and comfortable lounge-diner, with a large sofa, 5-seater dining-table, fireplace, satellite television, video, dvd and mini hi-fi. It opens via french-windows onto a large south-facing terrace (36 sq.mm + the garden!) with 2 loungers and 4-seater dining-table that overlooks the beautiful and extensive (and very green!) gardens and main swimming pool.
The en-suite master-bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and its own television as well as a wonderful new bathroom. The brand new luxury kitchen is extremely well-equipped and fully-fitted. A cot is available. We can also enable you to have free wireless broadband internet access.
The apartment has close direct access to our own sandy beach, children's playground & beach bar/restaurants; five pools, one heated & one with a jacuzzi; free tennis courts; short walking distance to shops and numerous excellent restaurants; close to 30+ golf courses, many family activities and the Puerto Banus nightlife, for an ideal combination of peaceful relaxation and family leisure in one of the best complexes close to Puerto Banus.

Local activities in and around Marbella, Costa del Sol - Malaga
It is just an easy and short journey to Puerto Banus (5 mins) and Marbella, with Ronda, Casares and Benahavis a short drive away. Within a short walking distance there are many excellent restaurants, bars shops and banks.
There are at least 20 golf courses in the surrounding area, many of which are of an extremely good standard. Skiing is possible in the Sierra Nevada near to Granada which is about a two hour drive away. Also in the surrounding area there are many family oriented activities available including adventure, wild-life and water parks, sea-life centres, dolphinaria and water sports centres.

Rental Notes: Our preferred changeover day is a Saturday.
A weekly change of bed linen and bathroom towels and clean of the apartment is provided for guests who stay more two weeks or more. Additional cleaning can be arranged.
An experienced baby sitter is available.
The complex has 24hr security and a lifeguard during the high season.

Peter was there to meet us (despite 10.30pm arrival) with a warm welcome and brief rundown on the apartment and all facilities.
