There is a fully air conditioned games room. The villa has luxury facilities including a home cinema / PC Broadband access / 51" Sony HDTV and 2 Playstation 2's. There is a fully air conditioned games room with pool - foosball and table hockey. The villa is ideally situated for access to many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate. There is a no smoking permitted within the villa.
The large family room overlooks the pool and beyond over the natural lake. It is furnished to the same high standard throughout. You will find comfortable sofas to relax in while watching our 51" Sony HDTV Home Cinema with a good selection of DVD's and CD's. Patio doors lead to the pool and jacuzzi. It is overlooked by the open balcony and the high windows give added light. Large open plan lounge and dining area is furnished to a superior standard as is the case throughout the villa. It is an ideal room to relax and unwind in the evenings. Home Cinema. PC with Broadband access in loft area. The well appointed kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances you are likely to need - including a full size electric cooker - microwave - dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer with ice maker. Breakfast area - this café style breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen is bright and spacious and includes both a breakfast bar and a table with four chairs. There is formal dining for six in this open plan dining area.
1st Master Bedroom - This has a king size double bed and its own private and spacious en-suite bathroom. A 25" cable television is installed for your convenience. There is also a large walk-in wardrobe. 2nd Master Bedroom – The second master suite is equipped with its own luxurious bathroom and a queen size bed and a 14" TV. 3rd Master Bedroom - This master suite is furnished to a high standard with a queen size bed and luxury bathroom. Rental Notes: The villa will be available for occupancy from 4pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am (prompt) on the day of departure.
The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £100/$185 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £65/$120. For bookings of 14 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of deposit payment methods. A security deposit of £250/$460 is due along with the final balance 12 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
Booking confirms that our standard terms and conditions have been accepted. a copy can be supplied on request.
