Casa Carlos is a modern luxury villa comprising of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private heated pool.
The Villa is in a quiet residential area but is just a few minutes walk from the many shops , bars and restaurants and an 8 minute stroll from the lovely beach of Los Cucharas. Costa Teguise is just a 10 min drive from the airport and boasts some of the most luxurious hotels and complexes, together with a golf course and aqua park. The Villa is close to excursion pick up points , taxi and bus routes, so car rental is not essential.
This modern and comfortably furnished villa comprises of a master bedroom incorporating a dressing area and fully fitted en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedded rooms and a full bathroom.
The fitted kitchen comprises of integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a hairdryer, iron, cooling fans (3) and safe for valueables. The spacious lounge/diner area has Sky TV, DVDplayer and Video player together with a music centre, selection of books, video's, cd's and games. The dining area has seating for six.
The patio doors lead on to the sun and swimming pool terraces. The pool is approx 5m x 6m and is within a large terraced area, surrounded by white walls. Patio furniture and sun loungers are supplied for clients comfort together with a BBQ for al fresco dining.
