We are private owners, letting this apartment. It is in a superb position, on a hillside with wonderful sea views. The 120 m² apartment we let is on the ground floor of the property, with French windows opening onto two large terraces and 5 steps to enter the pool. The pool is 12 x 6 m and secured with a perimeter infra-red alarm.
In 2006 we added a sand pit & swing for children. Internet access through Wlan/Wifi. For the comfort of our guests we limit the number of guests to 6 persons.
Property has an enclosed garden with wide terraces around the pool, overlooking the sea. The superb swimming pool is shared with the owners (living on 1st floor). It is larger than average for a private villa and has wide steps at one end making access easy. It also has an alarm.
The accommodation with it's 120 m2 is spacious and the interior is light and sunny and newly decorated. The living room and two of the bedrooms open onto the large south facing terrace. We provide garden furniture, a gas barbecue for outdoor meals and sun loungers for relaxing on the pool terrace. There is parking for two cars within the property.
The living room has comfortable seating, a second dining area, satellite TV and DVD. It has French windows opening onto the south facing terraces overlooking the pool. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, new washing machine, new dishwasher and electric kettle.
All three bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a double bed, 160x200cm with pool and sea views. Bedroom three has 2 single beds. There is a very large bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins a bidet and toilet. Second bathroom is equipped with a big shower, washbasin and toilet.

Local activities in and around Sainte Maxime, Cote d'Azur/Provence
The house is situated on a hillside at 2.4 km from the beach, local shops, gas station, water sports facilities, thermal spa and restaurants in Les Issambres. The coast here is full of little coves and creeks, alternating with crescents of golden sand. The nearest restaurant is about 1km.
The spa, Les Thermes Marins, is open in the evenings to non-residents for thalassotherapy.
From May to September you may take the boat at the harbour of Les Issambres or Ste. Maxime to ride over to St. Tropez which is a nice 25 min. trip.
And for Golfers there is the possibility to swing the clove at just a 15 mins. drive to the Golf of Roquebrune or if you like at the Golf of Saint Raphael.
Sainte Maxime is about 9km; it has a big pleasure boat harbour, excellent facilities for water sports, and some of the cleanest beaches on the Mediterranean. Some beaches such as Cherry Beach, Plage de la Nartelle and Plage des Eléphants have wonderful beach cafés serving grilled fish.
Saint Tropez is 25km and although busy in summer, it has retained its charm; its quayside cafés overlooking the yachts are well worth a visit. Both Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime have good street markets. As well as the coastal paths, there are wonderful walks with marked paths for serious walkers in the hills of the Massif des Maures a few kilometres inland. Nice airport is about an hour and a half's drive (summer).
Golf, Nautical sports like scuba diving, sailing, surfing, boat tours, pedestrian and bike excursions, rock climbing and so much more ! Please do not hesitate to ask. It will be a pleasure to help you !
