This is a beautiful first floor apartment with swimming pool, terrace and garden. Located in landscaped surroundings, with uninterrupted breathtaking sea views. It makes excellent use of space and features local stone and flora. This apartment has been elegantly furnished to a very high standard. Situated just 5/10 minutes walk from the town and approx 15 minutes from the beach, it is an ideal location. Kalkan is a small fishing port on the Turquoise coast.
Although quite small its cosmopolitan and sophisticated atmosphere makes Kalkan a magical place that you will want to return to year after year.
This property has a private entrance which opens out into the lounge, kitchen diner. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with electric hob and cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage space. An iron and ironing board is provided.
The lounge has a sofa, chair, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD with a good collection of popular films on DVD, music CD's and wall fan. French windows open onto a balcony with plenty of room to sit out on. We have also provided a good selection of board games and books for your entertainment and relaxation.
It has a splendid view of Kalkan and the sea and overlooks the garden and pool. To the right of the kitchen a corridor leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom is to the left with balcony, king sized bed, wardrobe, airconditioning, hairdryer and views over Kalkan.
The second bedroom at the end of the corridor is also a good sized room with balcony, twin beds, wardrobe and airconditioning with views towards the mountains and bay. The bathroom is on the right of the corridor with bath, shower, w.c and wash hand basin. The apartment sleeps 4.

Local activities in and around Kalkan, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
Eating in Kalkan is a real treat, from the local cafes to the roof top restaurants there is something for everyone. There are many swimming opportunities in the Kalkan area. Snorkelling along the rocky coastline, lazing on soft sand beaches, hiring a boat out to the outlaying islands and hidden coves or enjoying the more `sophisticated' platform beaches.
Enjoy the nearby Kaputas beach which is only a dolmus ride away. Further afield is Patara beach, with its fantastic 17km stretch of sand. There are many interesting historic places you can vist for example Tlos and Xanthos with there amazing ampitheatres and roman tombs. If you want something really different the Saklikent gorge formed through centuries of melting snow is spectacular.
