Superbly located apartment, in our opinion the best position in the complex.Situated 100 yards from the sea front. 5-10 mins walk from the night life and shops of Las Americas. Parque Santiago 2 is a private complex which is well maintained and very clean and set in attractive gardens.
There are two swimming pools, both heated, one of which is a toddler pool with a slide and large sun bathing areas. There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Pool bar serving drinks and snacks during the day. Parque Santiago 2 is ideal for families and couples. There are ramps for pushchairs and wheelchairs to the shops and to the beach.

This is a two bedroom apartment with upstairs bathroom. It is directly opposite the main pool with sun all day. It is situated on the ground floor of the complex. The ground floor has a lounge seating area with TV,DVD player and CD stereo, with a dining area and seating for 6 persons. It has a newly fitted kitchen with a new family sized fridge freezer, hob, full oven, microwave, toaster and kettle with home from home utensils.
From the lounge, patio doors lead on to the ground floor terrace overlooking the pool with table and chairs. There is a downstairs toilet with wash basin and cupboard storage area opposite. A stairway leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and twin bedroom both with wardrobe space. There is a bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower. There is a terrace leading off the double bedroom with sunblind.There is also two sunloungers and a table with two chairs.
There is a safety deposit box in the apartment which can be hired through Property Management on site who hold all keys.
