The bungalow has just been fully renovated and equipped. It is fully air-conditioned. There are 2 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen,bathroom,dining room and lounge. As it is all one level with no stairs or balconies it is particularly child-friendly.The garden is walled all round and secure. We can provide baby equipment (high chair, cot, pushchair etc) at no extra charge. There are also toys, games and books in the bungalow. We also have a wide range of DVDs for everyone.
Loutsa is a seaside town where Athenians come to escape from the heat of Athens. It is a Greek town not a tourist resort but has nightclubs and fast food places as well as many traditional taverns. As Loutsa is a town not a resort it is also a perfect place to come out of season, as all tavernas etc are open all the year round. So you can enjoy all the facilities even at quieter times of the year when the weather is still warm enough to enjoy the beach. Children are welcome in all tavernas, restaurants and cafes.
The house is situated at the quieter end of town but with all amemities a short walk or busride away. The local bakery, mini-market, fruit and veg shop and butcher are all within a few minutes walk. The bus stop is just opposite the house and from there you can take buses to the centre of Athens. Buses also go direct to the airport (a 20 min journey) and from there you can also catch the new Metro to various parts of Athens. The port of Rafina is a 5 minute drive and from there it is possible to take daytrips or overnight trips to the islands.
Athens Zoo is a short drive or taxi ride away and has a nice playground and restaurant. There are a number of childrens playgrounds nearby and the beach is safe for children. We have just the one property to let here, have lived here for many years and are more than happy to offer any help or advice that our guests may need.

Local activities in and around Loutsa, Athens and Islands
Loutsa has a lovely beach (about 4km of it!) and the water is warm and safe for children. The new Athens zoo is a short taxi ride away. You can also visit the temple of Artemis in neighbouring Vravrona. Rafina is a 10 minute bus ride and from there ferries can be taken to the islands, either as day trips or as overnight stays.
At the seafront in Loutsa there is a system of walkways under the pine trees ideal for a stroll before dinner.There is also a funfair,playground and skating rink for the children.
With the Olympics-inspired improvements to the transport system the very centre of Athens can be reached cheaply and comfortably in about 45 mins. The house therefore offers an ideal base for exploring Athens while enjoying a beach holiday and getting a flavour of the real Greece.

Rental Notes: We are very flexible about change-over days and times and will do our best to allow you to check in and out at times that suit your other travel arrangements.
We provide bed linen and towels but there is no maid or laundry service.There is a washing machine in the house and lots of drying space on the roof terrace. Although the prices quoted are for a weeks stay, longer and shorter stays are of course possible with discounts for stays of more than one week.
The prices are on the basis of upto 4 people with a small supplement for any over that. Please contact us with your requirements and we will send you a quote.
