This much sought-after sunny first floor 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located close to the large Spanish town of Torrevieja, and sleeps 4/6 with double bed-settee. There is a large balcony for outside dining, also a very large roof patio with stunning sea views and over the town of Torrevieja.
The apartment is tasteful and comfortable, with one double and one twin bedrooms plus a double bed-settee in the lounge. The lounge is fully furnished with:- dining table, 4 chairs, 3 piece suite etc. There is also a TV with 30 English channels including Sports One & Two &Three, heating and air-conditioning.
The patio doors lead to the large balcony, also furnished with table, chairs, and a large sun awning. The fully equipped kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge/freezer etc. The bathroom is also fully equipped with power shower cubical, vanity unit, and washing machine.
The outside stairs take you upto a very large roof solarium, also furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs, ideal for serious sunbathers. The swimming pool is only a few feet away and in full view from the apartment. The apartment enjoys a great location as the coves and blue flag beaches are only a short walk away,as are the local supermarkets and restaurants. The main town with all its amenities and markets is about a 20 minute walk (a car would be useful). As we have said before,a hire car would be very useful, in order to visit Villa Martin, a great place to eat in the evenings, or Guardamar, only 10 min's in a car. Guardamar is a lovely small town with good restaurants, walks, marina and the best beach in Spain, it also has the best street market very Wednesday morning. Having said this we do have buses at the bottom of our road and supermarkets,cafes,restaurants etc within walking distance. Local activities in and around Torrevieja, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Torrevieja has one of the largest markets in Europe on a friday, there are also local markets on Wednesday and Sunday.
Within easy reach of the apartment you have tennis courts-horse riding-go Karts and many fine beaches, some offering jet skiing-pedalos-banana rides-fun fair etc.
Golfers will like to know that within a few minutes drive they have 9 first class courses, these include Villa-Martin-La Manga Club and -La Finca.
The excellent road network makes many internationally known facilities very easy to visit:-Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm-Benidorm-Quesada plus excellent shopping in Alicante.

Rental Notes: We are able to arrange airport collection for you from either Murcia (Ryanair) or Alicante (Easy Jet)-paid locally. Our English property managers live locally,we will give you their telephone number, as they are willing to offer help should you need it.
The apartment comes with all house linen and towels supplied (please bring your own beach towels). There is a cleaning charge of £40 per letting. A deposit of £60 is required at the time of booking, the balance will be due 60 days prior to your holiday. We will,if we can adjust arrival/depart dates to help you with flight costs.
