Villa in Florida: Our beautiful villa is situated at Indian Point, which is a peaceful up-market development, quietly situated off the main road, yet just a mile from the packed Highway 192. The location is perfect, being 25 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from the magic of Disney World and all the major attractions that make Orlando so popular. It is also an ideal location if you wish to travel and discover Florida.
The Interstate 4 is just 10 minutes away and Florida Turnpike US 1 which runs from Florida Keys right up the East Coast is 15 minutes away. The Gulf Coast is within driving distance, 178 mile stretch of shallow bays, blue lagoons and tiny islands. For the golfer, there are numerous golf courses within easy travelling distance. You can laze around your own private pool or use the community pool, tennis courts and children's play area, all just a stroll away.
The master bedroom with TV & VCR has a large en-suite bathroom incorporating w/c, twin corner bath, shower and walk in closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are twin bedded and share adjoining bathroom and toilet facilities, both have TVs and there are two further fold up beds if required. Bedroom 4 has a large double bed and en suite facilities making it ideal for two families requiring two master bedrooms. This also has free High Speed Wireless Internet access.
The Kitchen is fully fitted to a superior standard with sunny breakfast area. It is fully equiped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cooker. The tumble dryer and automatic washing machine are housed in the garage area. The main living area described as the great room is lavishly furnished and carpeted, complete with cable television, hi-fi, and video player. There is a seperate formal dining area. One of the main attractions is the beautiful 30 x 15 pool enhanced by a large patio area and spa.
For the safety and enjoyment of our younger visitors we have installed a seperate children's pool. All doors giving access to the pool area from the villa are alarmed for added peace of mind. The pool is fully lit and thermstacitically controlled all year round. The area is covered by a mesh enclosure which provides full protection against insects and keeps the pool area clean. Your sun tan is not impaired! The patio furniture includes, tables, chairs and loungers.
Added benefits of choosing our villa include double integral garage, security system, safe, and telephone, which provides unlimited free local calls. Free High Speed Wireless Internet (Laptop or similiar required). We also provide at no additional cost, 2 sets of gents and ladies golf clubs, tennis rackets and tennis balls.

You will find in our home, 4 sets of golf clubs, 2 for the gents and 2 for the ladies. All have golf carts and umbrellas and are provided at no extra charge, for your use and enjoyment, whilst on holiday.
Golf Information There are 150 golf courses within 1 hours drive of our homes. The cost for 18 holes including green fees, cart hire and taxes is between $40-$60. Disney have 5 championship courses including Palm, rated as one of Golf Digest’s top 25. Other nearby quality courses include Grand Cypress, Metro West Country Club, Marriott’s Orlando World
