S.Andrea a Cellole is a stunning hilltop priory located in some of Tuscany’s most beautiful countryside commanding views on all four sides of vineyards and olive trees and rolling hills. Recently restored to a very high standard, Cellole offers its guests three attractive cottages all furnished with antiques and with modern kitchens and bathrooms. For country walks lovers Cellole has its own private woods with paths affording views over the surrounding countryside.
Cottage Pino is an individual cottage on two levels. Ground floor, airy lounge with two sets of glass doors , one of which leads onto the patio ,fully fitted kitchen with open fireplace. Upstairs one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with washbasin, w.c. and bidet, the shower room is en- suite in the twin room. The fully fitted kitchen has hob and oven fridge/freezer and washing machine electric toaster and kettle. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils are supplied.
Outside Pino has its own patio/terrace with wooden table and chairs and pergola for shade. The pool and the barbecue are just up the short drive. The large pool is furnished with loungers and umbrellas, and the stone built barbecue is for communal use. Geographically speaking Cellole is situated halfway between Florence and Siena, about half an hour’s drive from each Pisa, Lucca and Arezzo are an hour away.This is an ideal location for art and history lovers , country walks, good food and wine. This is a property suitable for an adult clientele, children under the age of 14 are not accepted.

Florence. The Uffizi gallery can be booked in advance to avoid long queues(often over 2 hours) or the owner will phone in advance on request, they ask an extra booking fee of 3 Euro per person to pre-book but it is well worth it. At the same web site you can also book the Accademia .
Rental Notes: In high season rental is Saturday to Saturday only with arrivals between 4pm and 7pm and departures before 10am. In low season mid week arrivals and departures are sometimes possible. Please contact the owner.
All prices include the following : gas, electricity, water, local taxes ,end of stay cleaning. Central heating when required is payable locally. All cottages come fully supplied with all bath and bed linen sufficient for each occupant, and are changed weekly, for extra changes and maid service other than Saturay an extra charge will be made. Bookings should be sent accompanied by a deposit of £200 and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay balance entails forfeit of the deposit. Cancellation conditions upon request. Confirmation of booking will be sent with a map and arrival instructions of how to reach Cellole. A breakages deposit of £130 cash is payable on arrival which will be returned at the end of stay.
