S.Andrea a Cellole is a stunning hilltop priory located in some of Tuscany’s most beautiful countryside commanding views on all four sides of vineyards and olive trees and rolling hills. Recently restored to a very high standard Cellole offers its guests three attractive cottages all furnished with antiques and with modern kitchens and bathrooms. For lovers of country walks Cellole has its own private woods with paths that afford views of the surrounding countryside.
Cottage Polvereto is on two floors, ground floor kitchen/dining/ sitting area. Upstairs, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Cottages Polvereto and Murlo can be joined making one large cottage with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms and two kitchen/sitting /dining areas.
The fully fitted kitchen has fridge/freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, electric kettle and toaster, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. Outside Polvereto has its own patio space on the lawn with wooden chairs and table and umbrella. Nearby is the stone built barbecue for communal use and the large swimming pool is across the lawn and visible from the house.
Geographically speaking Cellole is situated halfway between Florence and Siena, about half an hour’s drive from each Pisa, Lucca and Arezzo are an hour away.This is an ideal location for art and history lovers , country walks, good food and wine. This is a property suitable for an adult clientele, children under 14 years of age are not accepted.

Rental Notes: In high season rental is Saturday to Saturday only with arrivals between 4pm and 7pm and departures before 10am. In low season mid week arrivals and departures are sometimes possible. Please contact the owner.
All prices include the following : gas, electricity, water, local taxes ,end of stay cleaning. Central heating when required is payable locally. All cottages come fully supplied with all bath and bed linen sufficient for each occupant, and are changed weekly, for extra changes and maid service other than Saturay an extra charge will be made.
Bookings should be sent accompanied by a deposit of £200 and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay balance entails forfeit of the deposit. Cancellation conditions upon request. Confirmation of booking will be sent with a map and arrival instructions of how to reach Cellole. A breakages deposit of £130 cash is payable on arrival which will be returned at the end of stay. Credit cards accepted via Pay-Pal.
