The cottage is located on the east coast of Scotland in one of the sunniest area known as the East Neuk. This is a good base for walkers and birdwathching while the surrounding area has much to offer with wonderful gardens, quaint old fishing ports and historic towns. If you just want to relax you can stroll along the beach examining the rock pools or sit in the garden and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Fife is a haven for golfers with over 40 golf courses, there are two excellent local courses on the doorstep and St Andrews also nearby making this an ideal centre for a golfing holiday.

Cluny Cottage is over one hundred years old, enjoys good views of the sea and has a large garden climbing steeply behind the house which provides even better views of the sea! The front of the house faces south. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and can accomodate up to 6 people. Please note that we have a strickly no-smoking policy and cannot accept pets.
The accomodation is as follows: Sitting room / dining room - comfortable front room with seaview, corner sofa chairs, and a large dining table. Main bedroom - downstairs room with large double bed. Kitchen - compact with modern units, well-equipped with fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and ample crockery, cutlery and utensils. Access to the garden is via the backdoor from the kitchen. Bathroom - well sized with bath and electric shower, all in an appropriate style. Upstair bedroom (mauve room)- two single beds, wash-hand basin. Bay window with fine view of the sea. Upstairs bedroom (blue room)- comfortable sofa bed which can be used as a double bed or to sit and enjoy the view. This room also has a wash-hand basin.
The house has gas central heating and carpets throughout except in the kitchen and bathroom.
