This fabulous holiday home is equipped with a mixture of furniture made locally and the best of modern equipment and appliances. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, full en-suite facilities and its own terrace, plus two further good-sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The villa is large and has a wonderful sense of space but at the same time is welcoming and feels very private. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and quality cookware and utensils. There is a comfortable and well-furnished lounge and dining room with large TV, full Satellite package, DVD and CD players.
The spacious terrace is provided with quality dining furniture, large parasol and six sun loungers with mattresses. There are shutters to all windows with mosquito nets and the villa has a safe.

Local activities in and around Playa Blanca , Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly of the resorts of Lanzarote and is reputed to be the sunniest part of the island. It used to be a sleepy little fishing village but nowadays the area is alive with a bustling seafront promenade with good quality restaurants and shops. The general feel of the resort is relaxed with a family feel...no larger louts or all-night clubbers here! Nevertheless there is plenty to do, both by day and by night.
The villa is situated in a quiet and prestigious residential part of the resort. It is not an estate of concrete blocks or identical villas in rows. Rather, there are numerous different property types, from quite grand houses to small villas well spaced out over a mature site. Ideally situated for exploring the south of the island, it is within easy reach of Timanfaya National Park, the golden beaches and coves of Papagayo and the express ferry to Fuerteventura (20 min).
The local beach is a 20 min walk and the centre of the resort with its harbour, promenade of bars, restaurants and shops is 7 minutes by car. It is also close (5 mins by car) to the proposed new golf course due to open in 2004/5.
The neighbouring island of Fuerteventura is just 20 minutes away using the new express hydrofoil that runs from the old port. There are numerous fine golden beaches in the area, shown below, including the famous natural unspoilt beaches and coves of Papagayo.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 8 weeks before departure.
Bookings are normally from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival to 10.00 am on the day of departure. All chaneover days and lengths of stay will be considered.
There is a maid service providing a weekly clean and linen change plus there are sufficient towels provided for a mid-week change.
