Villa Albanile is a magnificant 5 bedroomed air conditioned holiday home of oustanding quality set in itīs own private grounds with a large private swimming pool.The views all around are panoramic and the peace and tranquility absolutely wonderful.The villa was designed by itīs architect owner and has a strong Moroccan influence with itīs brick pillars and arches.

An enormous double set of 17th. centuary doors open into a large entrance lobby which in turn leads into the wonderful large reception room, 20m x 12m. This room boasts brick pillars, a large open fireplace, a fountain and is furnished with many lovely antiques and artifacts, including a large refractory table with Windsor dining chairs and a Steinway Baby Grand piano.Doors open from here onto a large patio, part of which is covered, and steps lead on down to the pool with its large sun terrace.There is also a BBQ area.
The five bedrooms, of which 3 are double and two twin, are all en-suite. They are very comfortably furnished with ample built in wardrobe space and each one is fitted with itīs own solid fuel fire.Four of the bathrooms have fully tiled walk in showers and the fifth has a full bath.
As one would expect the kitchen and adjoining utility room are both very well equipped. The former is designed in an attractive country farmhouse style and is fitted with an oven and hob, two fridge freezers, a dishwasher, microwave oven and of course a good selection of glassware, crockery and cooking utensils etc. In short everything that you would expect in a house of this calibre.The automatic washing machine is located in the utility room.
The beautiful large swimming pool, 20m. x 5m. has the marvelous advantage of an electrically operated extendable cover. This makes swimming in the winter a pleasure as it maintains the water temperature at around 28 degrees. The pool house also has a solid fuel fireplace and a shower. In the winter you can enter the pool directly from the warmth of the pool house and bathe in the comfort of the warm water.As far as I am aware this is the only pool of itīs type in the area and certainly adds another dimension to a winter holiday in Andalucia. In fact I canīt think of a better place to spend a family Christmas.

Gaucin and the Surrounding Area.
The traditional Andalucian white village of Gaucin is about 10 minutes away and here you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants plus basic village shops. The surrounding unspoilt countryside is a bird watchers, hikers and botonists delight. The spring wild flowers are wonderful, the variety of birdlife astounding and you are free to roam and explore for miles upon miles. Ronda and Jerez are both historic towns of interest which are within easy reach. The former is famous for having the oldest bull ring in Spain and the latter for itīs Bodegas where you can sample the locally produced sherry.
The Costa del Sol. If by some strange chance you tire of all the peace, beauty and tranquility which surrounds you at Villa Albanile then the Costa del Sol is just about half an hour away.Here you can enjoy the wonderful clean beaches and the diverse selection of bars, restaurants, shops and golf courses for which the area is reknown. In short Villa Albanile is a quite wonderful Andalucian holiday villa full of character and charm and fitted and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Its efficient air conditioning and heating systems, along with itīs all weather pool, make it a perfect holiday home at any time of the year.
Horse riding, guided walks, yoga, massage, cooking and WiFi internet can all be provided as required.

The rate is per week, per villa and is fully inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen, towels and bathrobes and a welcome pack. Price also includes a cleaner for three hours, three times per week ( once a week for small party rates) and a gardener/maintenance man. Pool heating is included during the winter months.
