It is located in a highly sought after area of Mojacar with the beach a few minutes walk, as are many bars and restaurants. Available within a few minutes walk are numerous watersports, horseriding and many other activities.

The duplex has been furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The master bedroom is situated on the first floor with an ensuite and small private terrace. There are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large well equipped kitchen, a shower room and a spacious living room with large terrace. There is ample patio furniture for sun bathing and dining al fresco as well as a large roof top solarium with views over the Mediterranean.
Although located in a peaceful area the apartment is close to a wide choice of bars, restaurants and nightlife. The local beach offers a diverse choice of watersports. The old Moorish town of Mojacar is also only a few minutes away by bus as is the fishing village of Garrucha with its lovely harbour.
Many of the local beaches have blue flag status running from San Jose through to San Juan.
There is also a Water Park locally as well as numerous golf courses including the world famous Desert Springs Resort. In addition, tennis, fishing, quad bikes and go karting are easily available.

Locally there are many Fiestas and Carnivals throughout the year including the famous Moors and Christians Fiesta in Mojacar old town in June. There are also numerous local markets, the water park and slightly further afield the theme park of Mini Hollywood.
