This brand new semi detached villa with private jacuzzi is situated on a lovely urbanisation just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vera Playa. It has been furnished to a very high standard and has air conditioning throughtout.
There are two communal swimming pools for guests to use, one of which has a waterfall feature as well as tennis courts and padel courts.
Within a short distance there are shops, restaurants and the water park.
The villa comprises two spacious bedrooms, one twin and one double which has an ensuites. There is a further family bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room with patio doors leading out to the covered terrace and private garden. There is also a large roof top solarium with mountain views.

This villa well situated in the resort of Vera Playa close to the beach and many bars and restaurants. It is a short drive from the picturesque fishing village of Garrucha and the larger resort of Mojacar Playa.
It has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard and provides everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It can comfortably accommodate four people with plenty of outdoor furniture provided to enjoy al fresco dining. The private jacuzzi is situated in the garden area and this can be enjoyed by guests by prior arrangement at an additional cost of 50 Euros for one week and 80 Euros for two.

The resort itself enjoys first class beaches many of which have received the prestigious blue flag award. Only a few miles along the coast you are able to enjoy a small cove or beach to yourself.

Local activities in and around Vera Playa, Almeria
There is a wide variety of things to do in the surrounding area, close by there are numerous beautiful beaches and the spectacular scenery of the Cabo de Gata National Park.
The historical village of Mojacar perched on a hill makes a beautiful setting to enjoy lunch or a local tapa whilst enjoying the views across the 'valley of the pyramids'. Also close by is the fishing village of Garrucha with its attractive harbour and promenade and numerous fish restaurants.
For those of a more active disposition there is a wide range of sports from watersports to golf. Also worth a visit is the theme park of Mini Hollywood set in the area where many of the Spaghetti westerns were filmed as well as the caves of Sorbas. Within a few minutes is the waterpark providing fun for all ages.
