Ramps provide easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs to the shops and the beach.

Patio doors lead off the lounge to the ground floor terrace and garden. A gate at the end of the garden leads to the seafront. Rental Notes: The apartment is £400 per week for up to 4 share and £425 for 5 share. LOW SEASON in Tenerife is May and June. School holidays are £425. Easter weeks are £475 and Xmas is £699 per week. Up to £100 discount is given for late bookings and low season (subject to availability).
Change over day is usually on a Friday. However other days can be arranged, during term time (not school holidays) pending availability. Please feel free to enquire.
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required, upon booking the apartment. The balance will then be payable 8 weeks prior to the departure date. A £100 fully refundable security deposit is also required at this stage.
