The cottage is south facing and and has a sheltered cobbled patio area with wonderful views south over open-countryside to the Eildon Hills beyond. There is easy parking right beside the cottage and guests are free to enjoy the two acres of private landscaped gardens in which the cottage sits.
The property is ideal for all seasons as it also enjoys full gas central heating and double glazing.
