Casa Montana is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom private villa. Elevated on Montana Roja, it's tranquil location boasts some of the most fantastic views over Playa Blanca and across the ocean to Fuerteventura.

Villa Montana is set high up on Montana Roja. With its magnificent views of Playa Blanca, over the sea to Fuerteventura and across the volcanic ranges, villa Montana is perfect for people that want to get away from it all and yet still be close enough to enjoy the facilities that Playa Blanca has to offer.
The villa itself has 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are 2 rooms with ensuite facilities and magnificent Jacuzzi baths. The third bedroom is a twin room with the bathroom adjacent to it.
The rest of the villa has a spacious open plan design suitable for 6 people to live comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped - including a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer etc...
The lounge has a large comfortable corner sofa, wide screen television with satellite and DVD for your enjoyment (DVD's not supplied).
Outside is a good size sun terrace, ideal for all day sun bathing. The terrace is very private and has magnificent views looking over the whole of Playa Blanca - simply breath taking. The terrace is well lit in the evenings and is perfect for BBQ's or just simply to have a drink and watch the sun go down.
There is also a good size pool (7m x 3m) which is electrically heated all year, guaranteeing a temperature of around 27/28oC.
For the more energetic Villa Montana is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches and taxis are readily available. However, to make you holiday more enjoyable and generally more convenient we are supplying a group 'A' car for each full week you stay at the villa - with the car you can explore the island with ease and at your convenience.

Local activities include: cycling, diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind-surfing.
Lanzarote is the most northern of the Canaries, and is situated only 95km off the Moroccan coast. Across the Island there are some of natures most spectacular scenery, including Tymanfya National Park that includes Fire Mountain, with its partially active volcano, Mirador de Rio's viewing platform overlooking the small Isle of La Graciosa. Or you can explore the Caves of Los Verdes with a guide, to look at some of nature’s most awe inspiring sites; one event is worth the admission money alone. In the old capital of Teguise, every Sunday as well as its splendour, there is one of the biggest one day markets you will find, with next to this the town of Nazaret, that hosts it is rumoured Omar Sherif's restaurant that he lost in a card game. The whole structure is quite literately cut into the side of an old Volcano

Rental Notes: Rates shown are based on 4 people sharing. Please add an additional £50.00 per person, per week. The villa sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
Included in the listed price is a group A car. If you wish to upgrade the car, please ask to have a look at the other options available. If you do up grade the car the difference in price is payable by the customer. A 20 euro booking fee applies. Not inconjunction with any other offer.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Beach towels are not provided. Please Note: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately.
