This immaculately presented and generously appointed detached villa is located in a peaceful area of the resort of Callao Salvaje yet within a few minutes walk of all local amenities.The air conditioned lounge is comfortably furnished and includes Sky satellite TV, DVD & CD systems.
The kitchen is fully appointed with quality units and incorporates an oven, separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The master bedroom has a superkingsize bed and en-suite facilities. Two further double bedrooms on this level share a bathroom.
On the lower level, a separate suite has twin beds with shower and en suite facilities. Outside there is sun terracing, a covered dining terrace, and a private swimming pool that has solar heating all year round with additional electrical heating in the winter months.
There is a gas barbeque, patio furniture and sun loungers. The more lively resort of Las Americas and the superb Adeje Golf course can each be reached within a ten minute drive.

Rental Notes: The above rental rates are based upon an occupancy of 4 persons. Additional occupants are charged at the rate of £70 per week per person.
Change over day is normally on Friday. Arrivals can be accommodated from 3pm. Departure must be by 10.00am to allow for the very thorough valleting that we insist upon.
A Security Deposit cheque of £300 is required. This cheque will not be cashed but kept on file pending the clients departure from the villa without damage.
Keys for the property are very conveniently collected from a key safe at the property entrance.
Please note : Christmas bookings must be for a minimum of two weeks duration.
