Our luxury 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps up to 6 comfortably) is situated in the Cala Egos region of beautiful Cala D’or, one of the most picturesque resorts on the south east coast of Majorca. It is within 3-4 minutes walk of one of Cala D'or's seven lovely bays in a quiet area away from big complexes and hotels but still within easy walking distance of all amenities, nice bars, restaurants and shops.

The apartment is fully furnished to the highest standards. It has a light and airy atmosphere with good sized rooms and patio doors opening out from the lounge onto the large patio, which is ideal for al-fresco dining and barbeques whilst overlooking landscaped gardens and views of the sea. Rooms are fully air-conditioned (remote control in each room) with heating, humidity and cooling facility.
It is only a 2 minute stroll to the local beach of Cala Egos and a 10 minute stroll to the spectacular marina of Cala D'or which has numerous restaurants overlooking the marina. A further selection of restaurants, bars, shops, children's activity area, booking agent for numerous excursions on Mallorca and a bank with cash points are all within a short walk.

Local activities in and around Cala D'Or, Mallorca
Cala D'or's elegant marina is only a 10-15 minute stroll away. The pedestrianised resort centre features a superb selection of quality restaurants and pavement cafes, along with plenty of shops, boutiques and bars.
The resort is suitable for people of all ages and offers excellent transport links to the neighbouring coves from Puerto Petro to Cala Figuera. A car is not essential as a road train stops outside the complex every 20 mins which links all the surrounding resorts.
There are a wide variety of sports and activities in the surrounding area including the golf course at Vall d’or, horse riding, cycling, tennis and wind-surfing.

Rental Notes: Ideally, we would like to operate on a Saturday to Saturday basis, especially in peak season. However, if special requests are made we will endeavour to accommodate 10/11 nights, long weekends or long stays.
The apartment will be available from 2.00 pm . The apartment must be vacated at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Mid-week maybe available out of season.
Bookings must be confirmed by making a 25% deposit. Full balance must be paid 12 weeks prior to departure.
