The accommodation is unusually spacious and has been thoughtfully designed. Much emphasis has been placed on comfort and quality while providing a home full of character.

Large open-plan living area with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. Comfy sofas provide plenty of seating and books, magazines, TV. DVD. and stereo are all on hand to help you relax. New, oak kitchen with plenty of space, equipped to a high standard with all modern conveniences. The space also features a beech dining table which seats six in comfort and doors opening onto the sunny patio and garden.
3 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite, 1 single and 1 twin. Tranquility and comfort is a priority in the bedrooms, with co-ordinated furnishings, cotton bedlinen and new, high quality matresses. Family bathroom with free-standing bath and walk-in shower. Slate floors are warmed by underfloor heating in the cooler months.
The garden is fully enclosed with patio furniture and BBQ. Full oil-fired underfloor heating and electricity are included. Bedlinen is provided, please bring your own towels. Pets allowed Sept-May.

A few minutes drive takes you to either the North or South coasts with spectacular beaches and unspoiled fishing coves.
The famous harbour town of St. Ives is 7 miles away and is popular with all our guests. Here you’ll find beautiful beaches and a wide selection of restaurants and galleries.
Also nearby are the popular destinations of Penzance, St. Michael’s mount, Mousehole and Land’s End. The Eden Project is approximately 40 minutes drive as is the Helford river and Newquay with it’s zoo and water parks.
We provide a comprehensive information pack with details of local attractions, days out and restaurants.
