This apartment is extremely panoramic, situated in one of the highest points of the Saracena Rock on which Sperlonga is constructed. The apartment faces Terracina and Circeo and enjoys the spectacular sunsets. The beaches are reachable on foot thanks to the little winding alleyways that arrive at the bottom of the town right onto the Sperlonga beach. In Sperlonga each season has its fascination.

The apartment, roughly 80 sq meters, is positioned in the historical centre extremely close to the Piazzetta (the little square) which is one of the most attractive points of this town. Well-stocked little shops are dotted around the town so, one can forget having a car here! The apartment, is composed of a kitchen with a comfortable sized sitting room that through a window and a balcony, reveals a fantastic sea view.
The master bedroom with a seaview balcony and the pretty master one with a chair bed (3 sleeps). The bathroom has been recently restored; it has a shower and a washing machine and a heating fan.

Most of the furniture is wooden, the table, chairs, the sideboard and also the two sofas of which one is a sofa bed. We can provide for a microwave oven if required. The kitchen living-room is equipped with: stove/oven, dishes/utensil provided all you need for cooking and a popcorn machine and barbecue-on-wheels
Two seaview balconies (living room and master bedroom). The pride of this apartment is the wide private terrace accessible via a comfortable spiral staircase, it works as a solarium or as a dining area.
Concerning Sperlonga and its sea, you must know that the EU has granted a Blue Flag in 2006 (nine years consecutive) meaning that the sea is very clean.

There’s enough to cater for all tastes: sandy beaches, nearby mountains (big groups of free climbers can be spotted there) or the Spa resort of Sujo, only 20 kms away can satisfy any holidaymakers wish. One can choose the ‘Levante’ beach, that goes way beyond the eye can see until Terracina, around 14 kms, or the magical beach of ‘Ponente’ that ends with the Tiberius grotto, an important roman emperor who in this area constructed his luxurious summer house of which some remains and relics can be seen on display at the archaeological museum.
Something more about Sperlonga: coastal town, offers fish, shellfish and molluscs cooked and served to the best traditions, from fish soup prepared with tasty scorpion-fish to fragrant fried squid and prawns, from delicious pasta sauces made with crabmeat to delicate and tasty sole and gilthead. These "strong" flavours are complimented by the local red and white wines, with an average-low alcohol content, produced in the area between Bassiano and Sezze; these include Cori white and red (DOC), Merlot, Circeo Red, white and Rosé, Trebbiano and Sangiovese of Aprilia -The villa of Tiberio in Sperlonga.
The area is home to a National Archaeological Museum which, among other things, conserves important marble groups bound to the vicissitudes of Ulysses, most found in the area and in the cave.
